La Roultiere is a a former working farmstead with a traditional longiere (which houses five gite apartments) and the largest barn in the vicinity, which now houses the owners house and the sixth gite.  Each apartment is decorated in a way to help you unwinde; their pale walls and uncluttered ambiance helps evoke a sense of calm and relaxation. We have sourced alot of the furniture from local brocantes and lots of our guests comment of there quirky appearance....adding lots of character and warm rustic charm.

A brief description of each gite is given below. Select a gite from the side menu to see its full specification and for internal pictures to get a feel for each appartment.

L'Ecurie forms part of the barn and has acccommodation over 3 floors with spectacular views.(5)

 La Fermette is the largest gite (6+1). There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, seperate large living room with open fire. Ground level gite.

 Les Etoiles (6+cot) and La Lavende (4+cot) are large, independant gites sharing  stair access making them ideal for two families holidaying together. Both have large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. A large balcony creates a private outside dining/seating area for these gites.

Les Rosiers (4+sofa bed+cot) is also an upstairs apartment with large open plan kithen/dining and living space. First floor apartment with own external stairs and landing.

La Terrasse (5) Refurbished for 2006 season, this ground floor gite has two interlinking bedrooms, a wet room style bathroom, suitable for the less able bodied, and a comfortable living kitchen room with stone fireplace.

The Pool is available for use during the summer months providing a refreshing dip and will be solar heated from 2006, which will make it available outside the height of summer!.

The pool is fenced off and locked at night but responsibility for its safe use is yours. Children must be supervised at all times.

Extensive grounds allow children plenty of space for football, tennis and general running around. In addition there is a large sand pit, swings and boules pitch.

In addition to the internal specification of each gite, clothes washing facilities are available in a separate laundry. There is a small charge for use of the washing machines.

Under normal circumstances, linen and towels are not provided, however we understand that people travelling to La Roultiere without a car may require these. Hire is available. Duvets and pillows are supplied - just no cases/covers.

We have a cots and a high chairs available for use - please inform us if you need either.

The cost of your holiday includes heating if required during low season only. Logs for open fires (Fermette only) are payable during your stay.
