La Terrasse (2 or 4/5+cot) and La Fermette (6+1) gites are on the ground floor. Both have tile floors and large open fire hearths. Fermette has exclusive use of a large open veranda overlooking open fields which catches the evening sun. If you wish to book the entire complex at La Roultiere, La Fermette easily becomes the focal point of holiday, with a kithen and terrace able to accommodate a large number of people for a meal! La Terrasse has an adjoining terrace with dining and BBQ facilities.

Les Etoiles (6+cot) and La Lavande (4+cot) are large, independent gites,sharing a large, west facing balcony over local the fields. Both are well furnished with private kitchen and bathroom facilities.  These gites also work very well together for two families sharing a holiday as they are adjoined by a hallway. Les Etoiles has a very large farmhouse table able to seat a large group for a meal!

Les Rosiers (4+sofa bed + cot) is also an upstairs apartment with large living and dining space and its own external stairs and landing.

L'Ecurie (5 max, cot available) Spread over 3 floors in a newly converted barn, accomodation comprises a spacious living/dining and kitchen area, two large bedrooms, extra large shower room and a private terrace overlooking the boules pitch.

All apartments have a dining gazebo or veranda outside, which you may use privately or you may find that families and newly made freinds come together for a social evening. BBQ facilities and shaded eating areas are also available.

La Roultiere has a new pool and terrace for 2005 with Roman steps for easy access.  We have also installed a small paddling pool for smaller children to enjoy this year. The pool area catches the sun all day long.  Sun loungers are available for use around the pool, with ample shade umbrellas for protection the midday heat and sun. The pool area is fenced to prevent access by toddlers and locked at night.

From season 2006 the swimming pool will be HEATED!!

Available for use at La Roultiere are barbecues and shaded outside eating areas. Each gite has an appropriate number of outside chairs and table space. Additional seats can normally be found if required.

There is a large sand pit, swings and toddlers play area for children. We also have table tennis with bats and ping pong balls available. The large field in front of the pool is ideal for a game of football, cricket, volleyball or badminton and also has a large climbing/activity frame. A large dried up pond is ideal for BMX and Mountain Bike scrambling - we do have a selection of bikes available free of charge, but if you are wanting to explore the area on bike we suggest you bring your own.

In front of the gites is a large Boules pitch for a traditional French daytime or evening experience.
